Our Story
From the reign of Queen Victoria to the age of AI, The Star has seen it all. We’re proudly co-operatively owned - run by the community, for the community - and still going strong while many pubs are vanishing.
Expect colourful characters, a few dogs under tables, and a commitment to what makes a proper pub: good drinks, good company, and no nonsense.
